There are general questions about the tournament. Please complete these before the first game. Each of those question give 5 points. If a specific player is asked, partial points are awarded if they are in the top 5.
For each game you can receive a maximum of 8 points. Having predicted the correct winner gives 5 points. If you don't predict the winning team, the win margin questions award only half the points as listed below.
If the team wins by runs, and your prediction is within 20% of the actual win margin, you get 3 points. Within 25% you get 2 points and if you are "only" within 30% you get just 1 point. Everything worse than that gives no points.
If the team wins by wickets, you get 3 points if you guessed the wicket margin correctly. If you are off by 1, you get 2 points and if you are off by 2, you get 1 point. Everything other than that gives no points.
Semifinals games give double points everywhere.
The final gives triple points.
